1. The “Risk-Free” First Month Guarantee

We want you to be absolutely certain that Taleem ul Quran is the right choice for your family.

• 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you enroll in any of our paid monthly plans and are not completely satisfied with the teaching quality or platform within the first 14 days of your first month, we will issue a full 100% refund—no questions asked.
• We only ask for your feedback so we can continue to improve our services.

2. Mid-Month Cancellations (Pro-rated Refunds)

Life is unpredictable, and we understand that schedules change.

• If you need to cancel your subscription or stop classes in the middle of a billing month (after the initial 14-day guarantee period), we will happily issue a pro-rated refund.
• This means you will only pay for the classes you have already taken, and we will refund the remaining balance for the unused classes of that month.

3. Missed Classes & Teacher Absences

Our dedicated teachers reserve specific time slots solely for you. Therefore, our refund rules regarding attendance are structured to be fair to both our students and our staff:

• Student Absence (No-Show): If a student misses a scheduled class without giving at least a 12-hour prior notice, that class is marked as taken. It is non-refundable, as the teacher was present and waiting.
• Prior Notice Given: If you inform us at least 12 hours before the class, we will not refund the amount, but we will gladly arrange a makeup class at a mutually convenient time.

• Teacher Absence: In the rare event that a tutor is unavailable and a substitute cannot be arranged, you are fully entitled to either a makeup class or a credit adjustment for that specific class in your next month’s billing.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

To maintain transparency, please note the following situations where refunds are not applicable:

• Scheduled Public & Islamic Holidays: Classes that fall on major Islamic holidays (such as Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha) are considered paid holidays for our hardworking teachers and are non-refundable. We do, however, try to accommodate makeup classes if the teacher’s schedule permits.
• Technical Faults on Student’s End: If a class cannot be conducted due to internet outages, power failures, or device issues on the student’s side, the class fee is non-refundable.
• Registration Fees: If any one-time admission or registration fee was charged at the time of signup, it is non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

We believe that leaving our academy should be just as easy as joining it. There are no hidden hoops to jump through.

• To request a cancellation or refund, simply send an email to Info@taleemulquranhome.com or message our official WhatsApp support number.
• Please include your/student’s name, registered email, and the reason for cancellation.
• All approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
