Official Disclaimer & Legal Notice

1. Educational Outcomes and Timeline Disclaimer

Taleem ul Quran provides highly qualified, certified male and female tutors to assist students in learning Quranic recitation, Tajweed, Hifz (memorization), and basic Islamic studies. However, education is a collaborative process.

  • No Guarantee of Timelines: We cannot and do not guarantee any specific timeline for completing a course. The speed at which a student learns to read fluently or memorize the Quran (Hifz) depends entirely on the student’s individual cognitive abilities, dedication, daily practice outside of class hours, and the level of parental involvement.
  • Effort-Based Results: Any estimated timelines provided by our tutors or academic coordinators during the Free Trial or evaluation phase are purely approximations based on average student performance. They do not constitute a legally binding promise or a guarantee of results.
  • Parental Responsibility: For minor students, consistent progress heavily relies on parents ensuring the child is punctual, attentive, and completing their assigned homework or revision. The Academy is not liable for a lack of progress if the student is frequently absent, inattentive, or fails to practice.

2. Religious Interpretations and Content Disclaimer

Our primary focus at Taleem ul Quran is the accurate recitation (Tajweed) and memorization of the Holy Quran, which is universally agreed upon across the Muslim Ummah.

  • Non-Sectarian Approach: We maintain a strictly neutral, non-sectarian approach to teaching. Our Islamic Studies courses cover the fundamental basics of Islam (such as Wudu, Salah, and basic Duas). We do not engage in deep theological, sectarian, or political debates.
  • Human Error in Translation: Any translations of the Quran or Hadith provided in our study materials, blogs, or classes are based on widely accepted scholarly works. However, translation from Arabic to English (or any other language) is a human effort and may contain limitations or slight variations in meaning. The Academy cannot be held liable for individual differences in the interpretation of translated texts.
  • Not a Substitute for Fatwa: Our tutors are certified to teach the reading and memorization of the Quran. They are not Muftis or Islamic jurists. Any advice given by a tutor regarding daily life should not be considered a formal “Fatwa” (legal Islamic ruling). For complex religious rulings, students and parents should consult their local authorized scholars or Imams.

3. Technical and Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

Taleem ul Quran operates exclusively online, which means we rely on internet infrastructure and third-party software to deliver our services.

  • Third-Party Software: Our live interactive classes are conducted via third-party communication platforms such as Zoom, Skype, or Google Meet. We do not own or control these platforms. The Academy is not responsible for any technical outages, server crashes, security breaches, or changes in the terms of service of these third-party applications.
  • Internet Connectivity: We are not liable for any disruption in classes caused by local internet outages, power failures, governmental firewalls, or hardware malfunctions on the student’s end.
  • Platform Security: While we ensure that our website is secured with SSL encryption and we take data protection seriously, we cannot guarantee absolute security against highly sophisticated cyber-attacks. Users access the platform and third-party tools at their own risk.

4. Financial and Payment Gateway Disclaimer

To facilitate global students in the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia, we utilize international payment gateways.

  • Third-Party Processors: All financial transactions are processed through secure, third-party gateways (such as PayPal, Stripe, or local bank transfers). Taleem ul Quran does not directly collect, process, or store your credit card or bank account information. Therefore, we disclaim any liability for errors, unauthorized charges, or breaches originating from these external payment processors.
  • Currency Fluctuations: Tuition fees displayed on our website are generally quoted in USD, GBP, or CAD. Due to constant fluctuations in global foreign exchange rates, the exact amount deducted from your local bank account may vary slightly depending on your bank’s exchange rate policies and international transaction fees. The Academy is not responsible for these external bank charges.

5. Testimonial and Endorsement Disclaimer

Throughout the Taleem ul Quran website, you may find reviews, testimonials, and success stories from current or past students and their parents.

  • Individual Experiences: These testimonials reflect the real-life experiences of specific individuals who have used our services. However, these are individual results, and results do vary. We do not claim that these testimonials represent typical results that all students will achieve.
  • Unpaid Reviews: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all testimonials on our platform are given voluntarily by satisfied parents and students without any financial compensation or incentives.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property Disclaimer

Taleem ul Quran respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same.
