Refund Policy
1. Trial Classes
We offer trial classes to help students and parents evaluate our teaching quality, instructors, and learning process.
Trial classes are free or paid at a nominal fee, depending on the selected course.
No refund is applicable after the completion of trial classes.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
If the student is not satisfied after the initial classes and submits a refund request within the allowed time.
If classes could not be started due to a technical or scheduling issue from our side.
If payment was made by mistake or duplicate transaction.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
After regular classes have already started beyond the refund period.
For missed classes due to the student’s absence or internet issues.
If the student discontinues classes without prior notice.
For lack of interest, change of schedule, or personal reasons.
Monthly fees, once paid, are non-refundable.
4. Refund Request Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of starting regular classes.
Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:
Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your details.
Provide the student’s name, course enrolled, payment date, and reason for refund.
Our team will review the request within 5–7 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider or bank.
Any transaction or processing fees charged by payment gateways may be deducted from the refund amount.
